Hi!

So, i'm back after a looooong summer break. I haven't got around to scrap a lot this summer. Just a few presents and cards. There have been mostly home decorating and renovating going at our place the last couple of month. The urge to scrap again came when i was browsing some scrapbook bloggs. Once Upon a Scrap and En Liten Butik both have challenges this month that really inspired me. Once Upon a Time's challenge was a sketch and a criteria that you had to have handwritten journaling visible on the project. En Liten Butik's criteria was to use the color blue in a dominate way.

So here is my result! 

I used a pattern paper as background witch i covered gently with gesso and then wrote on the entire background. I wrote three lullaby's I sang to my children when they were small and a personal message to them. I tried to write very sloppy and leave out spaces between the words so that it would be hard for anyone else but me to read. Other stuff I used was a lot of washi tape, stencils, watercolor, chipboard accents that i painted and four different titels spelling out the word "you".
