I don't know anyone who loves to be in front of the camera more than my oldest younger sister :) So I made this layout as an homage to her.
I knew I wanted to work whit black and white with a pop color. When I fund the feather sticker that you can see behind the photo in my stash I used that one as my inspiration. I also worked out of the material list over at ScrapOurStash. Their stash challenge #18 is called "back to school" and it is about using typical school supplies in the layout:
"For this challenge you are required to shop your scrap stash for school supplies, create a layout and include the school supplies on your page found on the lists below:
(1) or more items from list A:
Lined or ruled paper (striped paper does not count)
Dictionary paper or a page from a book
(3) or more items from list B:
Library Pocket and/or card
Pencil or pen
(The ones that are marked red are the supplies I used in my layout)
I also entered this layout in ARTastics challenge where you where suppose to use string. A used string to frame the photo. When you have so many things on a layout I think it is a good idea to highlight the photo is some way.
